I am working on a global Workday implementation project who are now looking for additional resource in the form of a HR compensation analyst.
I am looking for someone with highly analytical & strong functional skills in areas in Workday HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
The ideal candidate will have multiple years of HR systems experience with several years of experience in Workday, including configuration (at least 1-2 end to end implementation experience)
The succesful canddiate will have excellent problem solving, data analysis and critical thinking skills with excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders is essential.
This role wil involve providing tenant review and other customer facing sessions, as required & creating and executing test cases that align to business requirements. You will also be tasked with ensuring configuration decisions and business process design align to meet HR Program objectives as well as business requirements.
