Dynamics 365 Business Development Manager ERP Sales £50k + OTE
My client has confirmed expansion plans for 2019 and as such are looking to add a New Business Development Manager into their Sales Team. They are a Wholesale and Pharma-focused Microsoft Dynamics Partner who have enjoyed steady progression across their UK Teams across the decade and only look set to move further forward as their unique Cloud solutions build up traction across the market.
The roll will be based out on the field at Client sites across the UK but will involve fairly regular meetings with the sales team 2-3 times week in London. As a Senior Business Development Manager you will be expected to drive your business forward with autonomy and self-generated appointments, however there is a first-rate Pre Sales team at your disposal, along with company events 2-3 times a year for lead generation purposes.
A base salary of up to £50k (for the right candidate) is on offer, along with a genuinely achievable OTE of up to £50k, dependent on target attainment. You will have experience working on deal sizes in the £50k-£250k range in ERP Solutions with experience within the Pharma and Wholesale verticals being a bonus. You will be joining a vibrant team as part of a growing business with excellent opportunity for progression.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Dynamics ERP Software Sales experience - with provable track record.
* Wider knowledge of the challenges facing modern Mid-Market businesses.
* Good network of contacts across the UK ERP market.
* Full, clean, UK driving license.
