My client is looking for a candidate to work within the support department. They are expanding the department in response to continued growth of their Sage X3 customer base. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills who is driven and able to manage a range of problems on a daily basis. You will be working in a motivated and skilled team with the aim of exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will report to the Support Supervisor and their responsibilities will include: Log new support requests, record accurate and details information and track support calls and queries from start to finish, Ensure customers are kept up to date, identify and escalate issues to 2nd line support if needed and work with colleagues to resolve challenging queries.
