Sage 200 Support Consultant
Salary - up to 35000 per annum (DOE)
Location - Newcastle upon Tyne, England
The client is a business partner who provides latest version of Sage software solutions. They have successfully supported and deployed systems across UK and worldwide.
They are now looking for candidate with Sage 200 knowledge to join their fast growing support team. You will be part of support team providing telephone and email support to their Sage 200 customers dealing with issues and requests, troubleshooting and resolving problems, logging and documenting Sage 200 queries and problems and escalating them where necessary to senior staff or to Sage.

To be considered for this role, you will:
* Have Sage 200 knowledge
* Prove 2-3 years of experience in support area
* Some technical knowledge required especially SQL
* Willing to travel

Although the required skill and experience list is very diverse, my client will provide full training to the right candidate in all sage products to be able to provide 1st/2ndand 3rd line of support.
