Business Development Manager - Oslo - up to 1.6mNOK

Our client is a leading Consulting firm working across 40 countries and they are currently looking to recruit a motivated, talented and creative Business Development Manager to drive the sales of their new CRM Partnership services across the Nordic region.



The role and its responsibilities

* Improvement of delivery methodologies and guarantee of technical delivery excellence for customers
* Innovation initiatives within our unit and in collaboration with the entire organization
* Gain new strategic and global business
* Define transformation strategies with regard to the issues and problems of our customers
* Promote the organisations expertise in public events by speaking at events
* Strengthen and maintain the Partner/Vendor relationship



Desired skills and experience

* Experience of Business Development around CRM or ERP
* Experience of working in close collaboration with CRM stakeholders (Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery)
* Experience of defining & developing CRM offerings and their development strategies
* Experience supporting prospects and customers in defining their stakes, their priorities and in the implementation of digital roadmaps.
