Dynamics Pre Sales-UK wide-up to £50k + Bonus

My client is actively looking for a passionate Pre Sales Consultant to join their expanding company based in the South Wales area.

They are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Consultant, reporting to the Business Development Manager, to support the sales team and to lead on the development and delivery of product demonstrations, tender completion, liaison with prospects and to contribute internally with product development.

You will be an experienced, organised individual with a strong knowledge of the UK Public Sector and, preferably, Higher Education. You will have a flair for presentation and communication. Ideally, you will have experience of CRM solutions and, preferably, Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will be comfortable and confident interacting with prospects from end-user to Director level, and your consultative approach will enable you to identify requirements and opportunities during engagements in both meetings and demonstrations.

This is a role which will be both challenging and rewarding; you will be expected to travel throughout the UK and deal with a busy schedule, whilst at the same time becoming part of a fast growing and exciting company which offers great scope for development and reward. This is a home-based role and will involve travel to the Swansea based office, as required.

Key Responsibilities to Include: -

* To prepare, customise and perform demonstrations of company products to prospective customers across the UK.
* To lead and/or assist with completion of the requirements section of Tender documents, by giving clear, concise and properly written answers in the format required.
* To attend exhibitions as defined by the sales and marketing team to provide ad hoc overviews/demonstrations as required.
* Attendance with salesperson at pre-procurement meetings with prospects.
* Ability to understand and extract issues and problems at pre-procurement meetings, and to link these to saleable features of the company software.
* To keep up to date with factors affecting the higher education sector.
* To play an active part in the on-going strategic direction of the company product set.

* Willingness to undertake extensive travel within the UK and have nights away on a regular basis.
* To be able to work under own initiative and with the minimum of supervision.
* Direct experience of Higher Education is an advantage.
* Direct experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
* Direct experience of CRM solutions and, preferably, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
* To be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
