You will be a part of the Global Application Support:
* Support and maintenance of SAP MM/MDM/EDI
* Works with defined Service Level agreements to ensures the defined KPIs
* Work closely with Business users to understand their requirements (Change Requests) and their Incidents to provide them with necessary support
* Be the Point of Contact between the Key Users and Group IT to facilitate business needs and find solution together with the 3rd Level Support
* Work with individual Rollout Teams in the Region APAC to understand the Application and its implementation and standards to support them accordingly based on the global Template, rules and guidelines.
* To create an efficient key user community by maintaining a good relationship, provide trainings and knowledge sharing of the business
* Bachelor Degree in IT or Computer Science
* At least 5 years of experience in SAP MM/ MDM/ EDI
* Experience in at least one of the general Business Application, ( MS Sharepoint, Salesforce, eCommerce) is a plus
* Experience working in a company on an International/ regional scale is a bonus
