Sage Support Consultant
Salary - £25,000 to £35,000 (DOE)
Location - Home-based
Due to continuing growth, the client is now looking for a Sage support consultant to join their busy team. As a Sage support consultant, you will be providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to Sage 50 & Sage 200 customer base. You will be dealing with issues and requests, troubleshooting and resolving problems, logging and documenting Sage 200 & Sage 50 queries and escalating them where necessary to the senior staff.
The role has come about due to number of projects they have won recently. As the role is home-based, you will ideally have minimum 2 years support experience with Sage 200 & Sage 50. You will also be travelling to the client site once a month. This is only when they have projects going live for end user training.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
* At least two years of Sage 200 & Sage 50 support experience
* Good SQL skills
* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with employees at all organizational levels
* Full eligibility to work in the UK
