Our Client is a leading Consulting Firm worldwide. Due to team expansion, they now invite high calibre candidate to join them for the project manager role.
Design and implement requirements in HCM solution
Conduct working sessions with HR to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements
Demonstrate configurations through the use of prototyping
Advise HR team on industry standards for HCM process areas in order to provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.
Participate in update training and other events that help share one's product skills with other consultants.
Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
Strong knowledge of business functions and operations in Human Resources system
At least participating one full-cycle HCM application implementation
5+ years experiences in one of the top tier HCM system is a MUST (e.g.: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft HCM application
Technical knowledge in configuration will be an advantage
Applicants with more experience will be considered for a senior role
