My clients are reaching out at the moment for a range of different competence, IFS, NAV, SAP and M3.

The roles vary, we have developer positions, consultants, pre sales roles and project manager roles.

Within the ERP market on Sweden things can move fast, especially within the partner channel, this can be a factor that is sometimes off putting for those within the consulting career path - with this in mind, all of my clients are currently stating that they want to hire for longevity of candidates, someone to invest into and develop in order to see their career grow with the advances of the business.

In terms of benefits and positive factors to the clients I work for, we are talking about differences within each; however to name a few - one of my clients is looking for people to work close to the core functions of the business in order to further develop the architecture of the IT infrastructure within the organisation.

Another client has the accreditation of Microsoft's most valued partner on the Swedish market and take a huge amount of time to ensure their professionals are constantly levelling up their skill sets.



This is an excellent time to look at a next step, clients are securing new projects for their Q4 and 2020 Q1 and Q2 pipeline, lots of new hiring is happening so fresh teams are being formed.
