With a chance to work remotely, you will be providing technical support from 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to Sage X3 users.
You will have a technical and functional background with a good understanding of how underlying business processes work. With a high level of customer service, you will have a strong focus on solving problems in a creative and enthusiastic way.
* Experience in SQL and Crystal reporting
