Sage Support Consultant

Salary - £25,000 to £32,000 (DOE)

Location - Home-based

Due to continuing growth, an award winning Sage business partner is now looking for a Sage support consultant to join their busy team.The role has come about due to number of projects they have won recently. As the role is home-based, you will ideally have minimum 2 years support experience with Sage 200 & Sage 50.

As a Sage support consultant, you will be providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to Sage 50 & Sage 200 customer base. You will be dealing with issues and requests, troubleshooting and resolving problems, logging and documenting Sage 200 & Sage 50 queries and escalating them where necessary to the senior staff.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

* At least two years of Sage 200 & Sage 50 support experience at a Sage business partner
* Good SQL skills
* Any accreditation or experience with add-on products is a bonus
* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with employees at all organizational levels
* Full eligibility to work in the UK
