Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in APAC to ensure smooth transition from project phase to ongoing service delivery. He/she will need to work closely with internal stakeholders so as to bring about positive client experience to increase employee engagement in their organisation. This includes activities such as understanding the client's business objectives, working with them during the annual renewal exercise and conducting service review analysis and management information reporting. The key performance indicators for the Account Manager are to ensure overall client satisfaction and retention in APAC as well as ensure high quality deliverables for the client.

Skills & Qualifications

* Manage the initial delivery of any new project launches and annual renewals to ensure smooth transition from project phase to on-going service delivery
* Build and maintain strong client relationship through proactive engagement and providing value-added services professionally
* Establish and maintain good rapport with benefit providers to enable delivery of smooth and efficient services to our clients
* Measure, report and improve client satisfaction in Asia Pacific
* Maintain clients contacts in Salesforce
* Prepare and deliver clients service review reporting
* Ensure all requests and issues raised by clients are effectively managed
* Conduct employee communication or demo sessions as and when required
* Manage clients' contract renewals and conduct software training as and when required


* Good degree in Business Studies with at least 3 years of professional working experience
* Experience working in a strategic account management/ regional role where there are regular interactions with other regional offices preferred
* Experience working in a SaaS environment/ HR professional services environment preferred
* Proactive, highly adaptable and motivated individual with the ability to plan, prioritize and multi task
* Action oriented - always working towards delivering to the timeline, goal and expectations
* Good business writing and communication skills
* Strong consultative approach to client engagement
* Demonstrated ability to perform stakeholders analysis and develop a retention/ engagement strategy for senior level individuals and key client stakeholders
* Ability to work with many various departments to influence outcomes
* Analytical and meticulous
* Good problem solver; offer alternative solutions to challenges; respects input from a variety of sources
