Job Description

* Implement OtC solution, as well as configuration and delivery
* Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders
* Manage and support all aspects of the local implementation including:

* System Configuration Support
* Data Cleansing & Migration
* Testing and deployment
* End User Training
* Support the development of local reporting
* Resolving all issues raised
* Working with the Group Team to drive smooth adoption and acceptance

* Work to resolve issues with both the process owners and the Business Design Lead
* Work closely with the central programme team to ensure that all dependencies (e.g. process maps, user training materials, core system configuration, etc.) have been completed prior to deployment.
* Manage, schedule and minute weekly team meetings as the roll-out progresses
* Documentation, reporting to key stakeholders on progress
* Attend and actively support weekly group meetings

Requirements

* Qualified Accountant with 3-5 years finance operations experience
* Multiple Finance ERP systems implementations in a global context, including capturing business requirements, developing business case proposals, delivery lifecycle management, user testing & training, and post go-live support and optimization
* Sound working knowledge of leading cloud-based Finance solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle or NetSuite
* Experience of integrating Finance packages with other strategic solutions including CRM and eCommerce platforms
* Experience of and/or qualifications in Project Management methodologies such as Prince 2, PMP, MSP and Agile.
* In-depth knowledge of MS Office toolset including Excel to an Advanced level
