This role primarily centres the implementation and support of multiple HRIS domains by working with a diverse group of stakeholders.



Responsibilities:



- Design Request for Proposal (RFP) for new HRIS Implementation

- Design HR system solutions & re-engineering HR processes

- Design QA plan & ensuring quality delivery from project resources

- Review and approve changes in admin guide/ user guide



- System access design management and periodic effectiveness review

- Supervised user access to HR server & HR systems

- Vendor management & ensure project resources are properly allocated

- Maintenance and review of contracts on a timed basis



- Standardize the HR processes and manage change post automation

- Manage employee communication for new HRIS launch in APAC

- Manage HR data standard / usage/ integrity within APAC

- Review & enhance support model for the APAC regularly





Requirements:

- University degree holder

- At least 5 years of relevant experience

- Experience in cloud HRIS implementation, SAP Success Factor would be a plus

- Experience in managing MAS outsourcing requirements

- Relevant knowledge of market trends in HRIS

- Experience in latest technology tools like AI, RPA, Big Data

- Proficient in all Microsoft office tools with advance skills in Excel

- Strong team player with the ability to work well across multi levels

- Great communication skills

- Highly adaptable with strong perseverance

- Creative individual with drive for continuous improvement of HRIS
