Role & Responsibilities
Lead a team of 3 to carry out project implementations, continuous enhancements and support for Billing System (MM, SAP ISU) and Customer Facing IT Applications, SAP CRM, Web and Mobile Solution.
* Perform solution sourcing and constantly review the billing process to improve customer experience
* Drive business case development, manage timeline, budget and resources, perform feasibility study and risk analysis
* Lead the team in business system analysis activities - requirement gathering, technical design, implementation, quality assurance and documentations.
* Maintain close communication with users and vendors to ensure adequate understanding of business requirements
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
* 6 years + experience as SAP Lead/ Manager
* Strong experience in SAP SD/MM/ISU
* Experience in SAP CRM is a big plus
* Experience in API integration across IoT systems, customer Web/App, mobile payment, E-commerce, chatbot, robotic process automation, digital experience platform and experience in digital transformation
* Knowledgeable with ABAP/ .Net Framework is a plus
* People leading experience is preferred
* Good spoken and written Chinese and English
