Exciting HR Business Development Opportunity - £100K package



An established HR solution consultancy is looking for a Business Development Manager to take the lead at establishing their new proprietary solution in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new business salesperson who isn't afraid of doing the so called 'dirty work' of sales - generating leads, chasing decision makers and booking appointments.



Although this is a greenfield role, you will be working with the backing of a well established, leading HR solution provider with global expertise. The role will require UK wide travel and so they are quite happy for the salesperson to work remotely.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling HR solutions but if not, general software sales is a requirement. You should be hungry, motivated and a keen qualifier who is not afraid to ask the right question. A base of £50K + 2x OTE is available for the right candidate and with ambitious growth plans, so is progression.



Role & Responsibilities

* Generating new business to help grow product awareness
* Qualify and close deals at relevant organisations around the UK
* Comfortable doing product demos

Skills & Qualifications

* Previous HR solution sales experience an advantage.
* Able and willing to travel around the UK
* Experience with consultative sales, able to negotiate around stakeholders
