In the role of Service Delivery Manager, you will be Accountable for all Incidents effective resolution & SLA compliance, Accountable for entire delivery under Application management services scope of work which includes application enhancement and also Co-ordinate with Application development lead for effective service integration. You will be Lead contact for Major Incidents and responsible for resolution of Major/Critical incidents by coordinating with AMS team. Prepare and present monthly / quarterly service performance reports to Service Management stakeholders. You will act as a mentor and support the production support team in developing optimised high-quality deliverable, improve productivity and build automation. 15+ years of IT experience
10+ years of experience in SAP Application support, maintenance and development projects
7+ years of experience in leading various SAP Application support and maintenance and/or Application development engagements
Fluent in English language
Experience in insurance industry
Working knowledge in Dutch Language (optional)
