Business Development Manager-Dynamics ERP-Yorkshire-£60k + OTE

The opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Business Development Manager with ERP experience to join a growing ERP software partner based in the Yorkshire area.

The company in question are a Microsoft Dynamics partner who have been experiencing consistent growth in recent years and are looking to capitalise on this by building out their sales team. You will be tasked with generating and closing new business opportunities largely in the North West of the UK, but there will also be opportunities further afield for you to engage with. There is a real family feel to the company, and due to its growing nature there is a great opportunity for professional growth as they go from strength to strength.

The role will be 100% New Business focused-as such you will be expected to spend as much time facing clients as possible. You will be based out of the company offices in the West Yorkshire region, with a large amount of freedom as to how you manage your diary. You will be selling into a mix of SMB and SME level clients, with no particular vertical focus. There is a very generous £60k basic on offer (dependent on experience) with a double OTE structure-totalling an OTE £120k should you be successful in achieving your targets. This really is an outstanding opportunity for you to work with a renowned product for an ambitious company that will only grow as the years go on.

As such, they are looking for a high calibre of candidate-who has ideally sold ERP systems before and has a proven track record in doing so. Candidates from a CRM sales background will also be strongly considered. Previous experience selling into SMB and SME level clients is essential, as is a willingness to self-generate leads in order to build up a healthy pipeline of convertible opportunities. Last but not least-applicants who are able to carry out their own demos and have a strong technical knowledge will be highly considered.

Key requirements for the role are as follows;

* A proven track record in New Business sales
* Previous experience selling ERP (preferred) or CRM systems
* Experience selling to both SMB and SME level clients
* A strong level of technical ability-being able to carry out your own demos is a huge advantage
* A willingness to self-generate leads in order to build up your pipeline
