Job Description

My client is currently implementing HRIS into their HR division and are looking for an individual to be responsible and head up the implementation. Manage the full HRIS team and ensure the best practices across business functions. This is an 8 month contract based in their London HQ.

Role & Responsibilities

* Understanding business requirements and needs.
* Translate business requirements into streamlined processes.
* Keeping the team on tract to deliver.

Skills & Qualifications

* Previous experience managing a team.
* HRIS implementation experience is essential.
