ERP Applications/ User Support Specialist
Our Client are about to start an upgrade from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 and are looking for an enthusiast to join their ICT team and work with MS Dynamics AX.
Day-to-day user support, assisting the internal project team to manage internal Dynamics AX 2009/ Dynamics 365 system and incidents.
Receive and log incidents and standard change requests using their ICT ticketing system
Provide proactive ICT support to business users by organising training needed both on site and remotely
Define and monitor automated system control alerts and coordinate actions with business users
Take active part in meetings, discussion panels, training etc. related to Dynamics 365 project
Qualifications, experience and skills:
experience supporting ERP systems (preferably Dynamics AX but can be any other ERP solution such as SAP, MS Dynamics NAV, Comarch, Infor etc.)
experience in an application support role, preferably in an international/European ICT team
Strong communication skills
Knowledge and experience with ITIL processes related to ICT application support (change requests, issue mamangement, ticketing etc)
Fluency in English
