My client is a leading player in their industry. They are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager / Senior Manager or Vice-President with experience in SAP Successfactors projects for a dynamic role in Singapore
Ideally, you should possess the following:
- Strong HRIS knowledge
- Experience in SAP Successfactors projects
- Modules experience in 1 or more of the following: Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Succession, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc
- Experience working on large scale, complex projects
- Strong HR business process knowledge
- Good communication skills.
- Able to manage senior stakeholders
- Successfactors Certification is a plus
- Experience in other Business Unit applications like Legal, CMS, etc is a plus.
