Job Description

* Must have Strong Cutover experience
* Must be a strong communicator able to clearly set, agree and execute plans and scope with client
* Proven capability in delivering through remote working and as part of a global team
* T&I (Technology) Project Manager working with project leads to ensure technical delivery of R3/CHRT project. The scope of delivery under includes the following:
* SF technical solution and configuration (Design team is lead by UK BI Team)
* Integration (over 20 integrated applications as well as 40+ downstream system from key data warehouse EDM to remediate)
* Data Migration (Legacy PS to SF via Talend data migration tool)
* SF Reporting Environment

Skills & Qualifications

* Strong experience in implementation of HR project across multiple regions (with SuccessFactors understanding and experience would be ideal)
* Understanding of all areas of project delivery and ability to provide guidance to stream leads if required
* Ensure all stream under T&I delivery has proper principle, process and governance setup
* Manage T&I team deliverables and timeline with respective stream leads
* Work with other streams such as Testing, Deployment, Change & Enablement, Employee Experience, R1 Remediation etc
* Project risks and issue management with PMO
* Manage team project status reporting
* Provide key updates and status to Project leadership meeting
* Ensure project delivery is tracking to schedule with quality
* Work with T&I Lead to ensure:
* Risks are monitored and mitigated
* Challenges and issues are handled and addressed
* Delivery plan of work
* Ensure technology security and policies is adhered to
