HRIS Specialists(Sage People)
£70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits
I am currently working with a leading Global business who is looking to on-board an HRIS Systems specialists, experienced with Sage People to join their business.
This is a hands on role where the successful candidate will work with key business stakeholders such as the Head of HR, HR Manager, IT teams, Senior stakeholders, external providers and identify new system requirements and propose solutions to implement them as well as lead the changes to the HR systems and improving how the HR team delivers services to the wider business.
The successful candidate will have will have a thorough knowledge of Sage People / Fairsail with application development experience involving customisation, interfaces, and reports. The primary focus is to tackle areas for improvement including workflows, integration, automated activities and data integrity.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* Excellent knowledge of Sage People/Fairsail
* Proven experience working in an HRIS team with requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and support experience.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with employees at all organisational levels
* HR background/working practices
* Full eligibility to work in the UK
