* Working closely with End Users to support their Sage X3 system * Log support calls into the Support ticketing system * Identify and escalate complex issues to 3rd line support
Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to establish good working relationships with customers and colleagues. * General I.T. skills including diagnosis and resolution of Windows issues. * Both a 'can do' attitude and a 'customer first' approach * Finance, Manufacturing or distribution background
