Role & Responsibilities
* Manage the relationship with RSM which services the company's infrastructure and help desk.
* Work with General Managers and local managers to apply rational reasoning to explain project plans that support relationship building between IT and local sites.
* Interface with internal members to analyze information and functional requirements to create case documentation and how it's applied in ERP.
Skills & Qualifications
* Syteline Infor experience is a must.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate easily with different audiences.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Suite programs
