Consultant SAP Success Factors (w/m/d)

Job Description

Advising the customers when it comes to HR Cloud Software implementation, specifically on Talent Management and HR Core subject matters, is what this position as a Consultant (f/m/d) with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors is looking for. Focal points will be on optimization and design of the processes as well as implementation, development, and analysis of the HR system landscape.

Role & Responsibilities

* Acquisition of new customers, supporting in the offer processes as well as participating in presales appointments and expanding HXM Suite business area
* Consulting with the departments and organizing and facilitating the workshops regarding the feasibility of the requirements and innovations from the SAP roadmap and Releases
* Organizing and designing of implementation projects as (part) Project manager and providing client support in implementation and optimization of their processes in SAP SF and associated systems

Skills & Qualifications

* In depth knowledge of HR core and talent management environment and professional experience in consulting for HR transformation projects and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
* Experience in at least two of these modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession & Career Development Planning, Recruiting, Learning
* Very good both German and English knowledge, as well as willingness to travel occasionally for business grounds
