Role & Responsibilities
* S4 HANA implementation experience
* Works with the customer team to configure the selected business processes to meet the customer's needs and develops solutions and workarounds to fill any gaps
* Comprehensive supply chain execution process integration and implementation experience in cooperation with the business process owner
* Project and team management tasks as well as participation in internal coaching and knowledge management topics and further development of innovation topics
* Background knowledge of important methods for the efficient introduction and operation of SAP applications
Skills & Qualifications
* S / 4HANA certification
* know-how from ABAP, Fiori to better coordinate with technical teams
* Excellent communication and documentation skills at CxO level, management of sub-contractors.
* Management of a service delivery organisation as well as the monitoring of service level agreements.
* Experience with standard processes such as ITIL, ideally with certification
