Lead Retail Business Analyst
Role & Responsibilities
* Gathering Requirements from stakeholders to streamline ERP project
* Working with Programme manager to be hands on with implementation
*
Support the Programme Manager in the successful delivery of a market leading cloud ERP (MMS, WMS, planning and BI systems) including all interfaces
*
Work with the business streams to create effective and appropriate test cases and assist with the planning and executing of the test phases
Skills & Qualifications
* 5+ years' relevant experience within a retail organization
* Experience of project managing or as senior role player in an ERP implementation (including WMS and MMS).
* High level of confidence and the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of staff
