Change Manager (m/f/d) wanted for digitization project

Ladies and Gentlemen



we are looking for an external change manager who can support our client in a digitization project in the regulatory environment.



Project

* International IT project of 1.5-2 years with 4 workstreams & 40 project team members around the global (mostly DE & US); project mgmt. mainly done by project lead & workstream lead
* Highly regulated regulatory environment in agriculture
* Project Methodology: Agile, Incremental



Role of change manager

Lead change management activities within project:

* Prepare & drive stakeholder meetings
* Create & use newsletters, sharepoints & other commuication channels to engage user community
* Set up & roll-out training material for new IT tool for user community
* The change manage will receive consulting & direction from ab experienced inhouse change manager



Skillset & qualifications

* Profound experience in stakeholder engagement methods
* Profound experience in change management
* Experienced in planning and setting up training material
* Agile mindset, knowledge about common agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
* Natural collaborator, comfortable with a wide range of different cultures (e.g. Asia, US, South America, Europe)
* Strong affinity for common online tools like MS Teams & MS Sharepoint
* Very good English (at least C2) & good German skills



Engagement of change manager

* Time: 1.9.2023 (+/- 4 weeks) - 31.8.2024
* Capacity: 50% on average
* Geography: Remote Germany, with possibility for on-site meetings near Mannheim, Germany.
