INFOR M3 CONFIGURATION CONSULTANT

As a Business Consultant, you will be an individual contributor within a team reporting directly to senior management. This position requires the knowledge to establish, manage, and monitor an implementation plan within the Infor M3 suite/technology under the supervision of the Senior Business Consultants and Project Manager.
To give you an idea of how this business consulting job would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:
* Collaborate with the Senior Business Consultant/Project Manager and the client to understand the needs to be supported by the M3 implementation
* Provide recommendations regarding the evolution of the ERP system
* Respond to inquiries and advise the client regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs
* Negotiate plans and timeframes, ensuring that clients understand the anticipated result
* Develop and communicate detailed specifications for implementation
To apply for this Business Consultant role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field and at least three to five years of related experience with Infor M3 and Configurations. Consulting experience is also preferred but not required. In addition, you will need the ability to work remotely and commute to the company's offices when required and the willingness to travel 60% of the time. Excellent thinking, analytical, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills are also essential.
