HRIS Technical Support Consultant - Sage People Remote £25,000 - £35,000
I am currently working with a leading Sage partner who is now looking for a bright, proactive HRIS Technical Support Consultant who will be a point of contact for Sage People related incidents and Service requests for Managed services clients.
The successful candidate will be a part of an established support team providing telephone and email support to their Sage People customers dealing with issues and requests, troubleshooting and resolving problems, logging & documenting queries and escalating them when necessary to the senior staff whilst meeting highest customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands.
The ideal candidate will have a background/experience in providing HR software technical support at a software solution provider or at an end user. Any knowledge of Sage People will be advantage however candidate from different HR software background willing to cross-train will also be considered.
