Agresso Support consultant (Unit4 ERP)

The client is a fast-growing Agresso re-seller software business, offering consultancy & support services to organisation. Due to recent growth, they are now looking for an Agresso support consultant to join their long established help-desk team.
The ideal candidate will have an experience providing Agresso 1st & 2nd line user support either in a consultancy or End-user environment.
The successful candidate will be a part of the support team providing telephone and email support to their customers dealing with issues and requests, troubleshooting and resolving problems, logging and documenting queries and escalating them where necessary to the senior staff.

The role is remote and the successful candidate will have the comfort of working from their home.
In order to be considered for this role, you will have:
* Proven experience of supporting Agresso users on a 1st and 2nd line basis
* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with employees at all organisational levels
* The ability to approach troubleshooting an issue in a sensible and structured way
* Good Knowledge of SQL
* An understanding of accountancy and also financial practices and procedures
* Some Exposure/understanding of implementation or upgrade projects
* Full eligibility to work in the UK
