£30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus

Washington Frank has partnered up with a reputable Sage business partner in search for a Sage 200 Support Consultant to join their esteemed support team. If you're Sage 200 Savvy with a knack for providing exceptional 1st & 2nd line support, this could potentially be for you.

Working from the comfort of your home, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional 1st & 2nd line support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for Sage 200 customers. You will be working seamlessly with the support team, escalating queries when necessary and contributing to a collaborative environment, whilst working closely with Sage 200 technical consultants, contributing to implementation tasks and providing support on all technical matters.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

* Demonstrable 1st & 2nd line Sage 200 support experience and a track record in IT support/administration. (Other ERP support experience may also be considered)
* Good understanding of SQL and any exposure to 3rd party software, such as Sicon, Draycir, is a significant advantage.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with employees at all organizational levels.
* Full eligibility to work in the UK.
