Sage 200 Support Consultant
Salary - £35000 - £45000 + Benefits
Location - Remote

I am working with a reputable Sage business partner who is now looking for a Sage 200 support consultant to join their support team.

They are keen to find a new team member who is Sage 200 Savvy and has experience providing 1st & 2nd line of support for Sage 200 customers at Sage (vendor) or a Sage business partner environment. Any experience of 3rd party add-ons software such as Sicon, Draycir etc. would be a bonus.

You will be a part of support team providing telephone and email support to their customers dealing with issues and requests, troubleshooting and resolving problems, logging and documenting queries and problems and escalating them where necessary to the senior staff. Apart from support, you will also working closely with Sage 200 technical consultants to assist with the implementation tasks and providing telephone and email support on all technical matters to their Sage 200 customers.



To be considered for this role must have:

* 1st & 2nd of Sage 200 support experience
* Proven IT support/administration experience
* Good understanding of SQL
* Any exposure to 3rd party software such as Sicon, Draycir etc. is a bonus
* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with employees at all organisational levels
* Full eligibility to work in the UK
