SENIOR Abacus Consultant Zurich / Zug / Schwyz


As Abacus Consultant:


1 Provide consulting services to clients on the implementation and optimization of Abacus software solutions.
2 Conduct analysis of client requirements and business processes to design and configure Abacus systems accordingly.
3 Collaborate with clients to gather and document their specific needs, objectives, and constraints.
4 Develop and deliver customized training programs to ensure clients' effective utilization of the Abacus system.
5 Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation and post-implementation phases.
6 Advise clients on best practices and industry standards related to financial management and reporting using the Abacus software.
7 Stay updated with the latest features, upgrades, and releases of the Abacus system and provide recommendations to clients.
8 Assist with data migration, integration, and conversion activities, ensuring accurate and smooth transition to the Abacus system.
9 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful implementations.
10 Maintain documentation of client interactions, project activities, and configuration details for future reference and knowledge sharing.


1 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or information technology.
2 Proven experience as a consultant, business analyst, or implementation specialist with expertise in Abacus software.
3 Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting processes, and reporting requirements.
4 Experience with the AbaProject module is an advantage
5 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and translate them into practical solutions.
6 Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
7 Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and handle multiple implementations simultaneously.
8 Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and services to clients.
9 Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
