Job Opportunity: SAP Customer Identity Platform Expert
Company Description: We are seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to the optimal development of the customer data application.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the technical development and maintenance of our company-wide Customer Identity Platform, based on the SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC).
* Design technical architectures for the seamless integration of identity, access management, and access governance software.
* Configure, program, and utilize the SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC, formerly Gigya platform) while overseeing testing and implementation acceptance.
* Coordinate and lead technical sub-project management for implementation projects within the SAP Customer Data Cloud environment.
* Provide 3rd level operational support for the platform.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a consultant or developer, with a focus on SAP Customer Data Cloud or other CIAM platforms.
* In-depth expertise in SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) or similar platforms, particularly in B2C and B2B modules.
* Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, REST, JavaScript, and JS libraries.
* Strong analytical skills with a technical problem-solving focus.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and German
