Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
* Develop of the IT HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM in cooperation with the business unit
* Responsibility for release and problem management of the corresponding systems
* Conception, development and implementation of processes and tools in the context of the entire HR process chain
* Act as an interface between the HR department and external partners
* Ensuring stable operation and further development of HR implications and interfaces, including incident and problem management, 2nd/3rd level support and documentation
* Creation of process documentation and test plans as well as testing of implemented changes or new development
Skills & Qualifications
* Basic education in computer science or relevant practical experience in dealing with IT systems
* Very good technical knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM (incl. SAP Fiori) and the interaction of these systems
* Very good communication skills in German and English
