Channel Partnerships Manager

This is an exciting role for a Channel Partnerships Manager to join our Sales team where you will be working across key territories which have been identified with high growth potential.

About you:

A great candidate for the role is someone who brings energy, commercial awareness and relationship development skills to the table; is a strategic thinker; with outstanding relationship capabilities and a solid track record of engagement, relationship building and negotiations at executive and senior levels.

You will bring your experience in partner management, partnering strategy, and deal development to forge impactful relationships with membership and referral partners. You work collaboratively, are commercially minded, and are skilled in navigating and managing complex business relationships.

You'll be able to show:

* You're experienced in maintaining existing, and building new commercially, strong partner channels.
* You have a passion and enthusiasm for success, focusing on customer success and the growth of the client.
* Excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, time management and organisational skills.
* Cross-departmental collaboration to influence and drive the business forward.
* You are a proven retention and growth professional in a B2B or channel sales environment, working with SaaS software.
* Successful track record in selling and growing professional services, SaaS technology and/or training services to C-suite.
* Broad commercial awareness and experience
* You have a demonstrable background of opening new opportunities through existing portfolios
* Proven use of sales methodology and sales process, including consistent use of CRM
* Experience within one or more of the following fields is ideal:

* Finance Solutions
* Automation Solutions
* Cloud Solutions


* Nurturing and building relationships with existing partners.
* Identify new selling partners to engage internationally.
* Educate selling partners on company products and services, processes, sales routes, and procedures.
* Co-selling with partners to help push deals forwards and ensure success.
* Manage own quota, against key accounts and ensure they are retained and developed
* Create and drive cross-sell/up-sell opportunities into accounts
* Handling of all of the commercial aspects of quotes and proposals sent to customers.
* Working with the marketing team to help create and execute focused campaigns ranging from add-on products and services
* Working proactively with R&D to provide feedback from the partners and end customers into the product road-map.
* Escalation point for every eventuality - inspiring confidence in the partner and customer as the 'go-to' contact

Experience and abilities:

* Minimum 5 yrs of B2B Account Management experience, with channel exposure.
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Well-developed customer management and presentation skills, with evidence of strong relationship-building at all levels
* Experience within one or more of the following fields is ideal:
