Successfactors Consultant



I am looking for a new SuccessFactors Consultant (M/F) for my client, an HRIS specialized consulting firm.

The company:
As a subsidiary of a major European HR Consultancy Group and a preferred SAP Gold Partner for over 10 years, you will join the team of 30 employees specialised in the integration of SuccessFactors in France and internationally.
You will have the opportunity to deploy different modules of SAP SuccessFactors to large accounts (ENGIE, Wordline, HP...). For this, you will be on assignment with one client whom you will accompany for the duration of your mission.

Your main objective: to work on different phases of SuccessFactors projects, with their clients, from large SMEs (100M to 500M) to very large accounts such as CAC40

How do you do it?
In collaboration with the different stakeholders of the project, your objective will be to :
- Analyze customer needs
- Ensure the smooth technical or functional running of the project
- Manage projects, from the scoping phase to deployment
- Provide project management expertise
- Configure and set up the various modules of the solution (Employee Central, Workforce, Recruiting, Compensation etc.)
- Leading meetings and workshops with clients and training key users
- Participate in pre-sales and support the sales teams
- Supporting the most junior staff in their personnal and professionnal development

The ideal candidate for this position
You have at least 2 years experience in the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors, either as a consultant or internally
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
- You are autonomous and have a high level of rigour
- You are able to make proposals in the field of business development.
- You wish to increase your skills and benefit from a comprehensive training and skills development programme
- You want to work on large-scale projects
- You are fluent in English
