IT project Manager

Job Description

You will work for a global manufacturing company with locations in more than 15 countries in EMEA, Asia and USA. You will carry on several IT/ICT projects supporting in several areas.

Role & Responsibilities

* Project Charter
* Budgetary management (approval, tracking, capex etc)
* Project plan (if applicable)
* Metrics/SLAs/progress reporting
* Stakeholder management
* End of project reporting / Lessons Learned

Standardise label software

Reduce the number of solutions we have for label/barcode solutions. Migrate the bespoke systems to the new standard

Standardise voip solution
*

Reduce the number of solutions we have for voice over IP phone systems. Migrate the bespoke systems to the new standard
*

Migrate from file servers to sharepoint
*

Get rid of file servers, and migrate the documents to sharepoint online. Including changing the way of working for colleagues
