ERP Support specialist (Infor LN) - Permanent

The Company

The company is a global leader in the manufacturing industry with HQ in Ireland and a massive presence in the Netherlands as well. They have acquired many company in the last 20 years and now they are going through a big harmonisation to bring the whole group on one ERP.

The implementation has a long journey ahead with a road map involving EMEA, USA, Asia as well. This is a global project with a worldwide scope!

Role & Responsibilities

You will be part of the Support application team based in the Netherlands providing functional help globally.

* You will dealing with User's questions and incidents
* You can resolve issues and tickets autonomously
* You will support the company from Purchase, quote functionality to maintenance and delivery
* You will start to understand business processes
* You will closely work with business analyst and IT

Skills & Qualifications

* You have already experience in ERP Support
* Ideally you have already worked with ERPs
* You have a background in Finance, Admin or supply chain
* You have a good understanding of business processes
* You can work autonomously and you are proactive
