About the job

Responsibilities:

* Lead Sales and Service Cloud projects, ensuring successful implementation and realization
* Collaborate closely with customer teams and internal colleagues to develop innovative solutions
* Evaluate and develop cross-project customer solutions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
* Leverage SAP Business Technology Platform for integration and seamless processes
* Document and present project updates, progress, and outcomes to the project team and customers
* Stay updated with the latest CRM systems and integrative processes, particularly in interaction with SAP ERP

Requirements:

* Team player with a drive for innovation and goal achievement
* At 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing business requirements using SAP CX and/or SAP CC (Hybris) development platform.
* Preferred Experience in one or more of the following SAP CX areas:
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of e-commerce concepts and best practices, including B2B focus, custom implementations
* Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform (CPI) and its integration features, experience with REST, SOAP, OData, troubleshooting, and data security
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with international stakeholders
* SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris certification a plus
