Technical Senior Business Analyst
Home-based, with occasional face-to-face meetings at our Head Office in Elland, West Yorkshire, OR you're welcome to work from our Head Office regularly.

We also know that people are the most important element to our success… as such, we have an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst tojoin us within our busy IT team. A team who supports 2,500+ colleagues within our business.

What's my new mission?
Working specifically within the Business Systems Team and reporting to the Team Leader, you will be developing and supporting software solutions that reflect the current and future needs of oursls. This will include, building relationships with internal customers and understanding their IT and systems requirements. You will manage the full project lifecycle from the initial business case to the final business sign-off. Working with the Enterprise Architecture Board to assess 3rd party solutions and developers to define high-level designs that satisfy both technical and functional requirements. We're looking for effective software solutions, whilst working proactively with the business to simplify and standardise processes.

What are the mission skills?

* In depth ERP experience, ideally Microsoft D365 F&O and/or Microsoft Dynamics-Ax
* A "Customer Service" approach covering multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business
* Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
* Excellent analytical and organisational skills
* An understanding and enthusiasm for technology and design
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to lead teams and influence business decisions
* Clean driving license and willing to travel to sites if required
* Good knowledge of SQL Server and Integrating solutions
* The ability to learn quickly and think creatively

In addition, if you have the following experiences that would be great!

* Agile and/or Prince Project Management qualifications / experience
