Job Description
My client is a renown multinational conglomerate based in Asia, with a focus in the trading industry. With over 100 years of history, they are now looking for a IT Support Officer who has experienced in system interface to support their IT and business activities.
Role & Responsibilities
* To be involved in the implementation of project of the Interface System with SAP, duties include preparing relevant documentation, executing user tests and etc.
* To act as the primary customer support to address queries from users for the company's SAP interface system in a professional manner.
* To ensure proper tracking, follow up or escalation of incidents for additional troubleshooting if necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
* Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
* Previous experience in business system, accounting system or IT field is a definite advantage, fresh graduates are welcomed.
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred.
* Hands-on experience in SAP system or customer support is preferred.
* Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team, detailed-minded and self-motivated.
