Job Description
My client is a multinational manufacturing firm with strong presence in over 10 countries. They are currently seeking an Application Analyst to help with the expansion of their current IT team.
Role & Responsibilities
* Participate in the implementation of ERP platform, as well as provide support and maintenance to the platform
* Responsible for collecting and analysing business user requirements, liaising with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
* Coordinate across different departments and provide assistance to users whenever necessary
* Generate user request report and data analysis report
* Proactively identify any existing issues and provide ongoing support to existing application systems including trouble-shooting, testing, debugging and documentation
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computing or related disciplines
* Minimum 2 years' experience in any ERP system
* Knowledge / Hands on experience on SQL development will be a definite advantage
* Knowledge on SharePoint / PowerApp / PowerAutomate platform development is a plus
* Possess critical thinking skills, good time management, analytical minded, result oriented, with can-do attitude and good team work
* Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
