Job Description
Our client is a leading player in the retail industry that is rapidly growing with different subsidiaries and with over 100 years of history. Due to business expansion, they are now urgently seeking a Master Data Specialist (SAP) to support the global and regional team.
Responsibilities:
* This role will be under the company's project management team. Perform monitoring support and operation related to SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain the company's SAP system, including providing Level 1 support to key users and end users, troubleshoot and resolve SAP and MDG-related issues.
* Keep track of SAP operation flow and performance, review and make improvements whenever necessary.
* Proactively identify, analyze and address systems related problems to ensure its optimal deliverables.
* Involve in UAT testing and system enhancements projects from time to time.
* Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
* Higher Diploma or above in IT or any related field.
* 1-2 years of SAP or any other ERP operation experience.
* Knowledge and experience in SAP Applications, MDM and MDG related operations will be an advantage
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required
* Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
* Willing to learn, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
