Job Description
My client is a multinational manufacturing firm with strong presence in over 10 countries. They are currently seeking an Application Analyst to help with the expansion of their current IT team. This personnel will report directly to the IT Manager and support APAC.
Role & Responsibilities
* Participate in the implementation of ERP platform, as well as provide support and maintenance to the platform
* Responsible for collecting and analysing business user requirements, liaising with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
* Coordinate across different departments and provide assistance to users whenever necessary
* Generate user request report and data analysis report
* Proactively identify any existing issues and provide ongoing support to existing application systems including trouble-shooting, testing, debugging and documentation
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computing or related disciplines
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the IT field
* Experience in any ERP system would be highly preferred
* Knowledge / Hands on experience on SQL development will be a definite advantage
* Knowledge on SharePoint / PowerApp / PowerAutomate / Power BI / Qliksense platform development is a plus
* Possess critical thinking skills, good time management, analytical minded, result oriented, with can-do attitude and good team work
* Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
