The client is a fully Accredited leading Sage Business Partner and software developer supplying a range of software solutions as well as consultancy, training and support to businesses of all sizes throughout the UK and worldwide. We specialise in a number of verticals, in particular solutions for the Manufacturing sector but we also have clients from a broad range of industries using CRM and ERP solutions supplied by us, Sage 200 and Acumatica being the main software applications.
We are expanding and currently have a need for a Trainee Implementation Consultant to join a fast-paced and dynamic team to implement and train on accounts software.
If you have experience in other applications and not Sage200 full training will be provided so this is an ideal chance to switch and learn a new product. The role will also be suitable for a candidate that has worked in an accounts department or IT Support and is looking for a new challenge.

Role Overview
Duties will include understanding customer's requirements for moving from their current ERP system to the new ERP system, what improvements, new features they are looking for.
Configuring the system to meet their requirements. Data migration from one system to another which involves formatting and manipulating the data within Excel to the correct format for importing. Once imported validate that everything has been imported correctly.
Training the end user on how to use the system on a 1-2-1 basis or in group sessions.
Creating reports and analysing the data in the system which can be financial reporting or commercial reporting.
Assisting with post-project support queries.
Training Provided
The candidate will be provided with on-the-job training involving shadowing other consultants and attending customer sites with them to see first-hand what the role involves.
We will provide a mentor to work alongside the candidate and regular progress updates.
Ongoing training on the product and associated third-party add-ons as required.
