As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the "SAP Finance sub-ledgers" small team, overseeing the comprehensive SAP S/4HANA finance platform across the organization. Your role also involves efficiently coordinating the allocation of external personnel resources.
* Leading a small team , advocating for the interests of the finance sub-ledgers (especially Procurement, IC Billing, Accounts Payables, and Receivables) within the overarching global Finance Transformation initiative.
* Drive the continuous advancement, day-to-day operations, and robust support of SAP FI-AP/AR, SD, MM, and VIM. Collaborate closely with the FI/CO team to ensure seamless functionality.
* Contribute to pivotal projects aimed at expanding the central SAP finance platform. Particularly, facilitate the integration into additional divisions to enhance its scope and impact.
* Skillfully analyze functional requisites, devise strategic designs, execute implementations, and oversee the ongoing functionality of cutting-edge solutions tailored to specific customer requirements. This applies to both project-driven initiatives and operational changes.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
* Possess a higher education background (HF, FH, or Uni/ETH) demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
* Showcase a proven track record (5+ years) in actively managing SAP financial applications, with a specialized emphasis on the aforementioned modules.
* Demonstrate hands-on involvement in project environments, successfully delivering SAP S4/HANA solutions.
* Exhibit a successful history of leading small teams in operational contexts and navigating intricate projects.
* Communicate effectively and exhibit exceptional proficiency in problem-solving.
* Experience in the insurance industry is a big plus
* Display proficiency in both written and spoken German and English languages.
